July 5th, 2008 -
Hi all it's me again. Now I know what some of you are thinking "why hasn't Melissa (the lazy bum) been releasing any more pages, even though she has promised changes. I must admit I forgot to apply for another site so I can post my sketches as fillers, however I have been busy, besides busy helping my family that is.

I have been doing lots of thinking, planning and sketching on eternity and have come up with lots of things. For starters I believe I was a little impatient with my web comic and brought it out half assed with no planning whatsoever. Good idea if I want to practice drawing, however I can sketch if I want to practice drawing. Thus I have been sitting down writing out the story and doing all the pre planning stages of production. I know that, that means I will not be making any more pages for a while, however I want to be proud of my work when I look back at it one day.

There will be many changes when I restart posting. Besides improvement on my drawing style I will also be attempting some animation. I recently bought a copy of toon boom digital pro and will be using spare time practicing animation. When I start posting I will hopefully also be posting animated version of the pages using a combination of cut out animation and traditional animation. Luckily this hopefully wont take too much time due to the way I wish to format my animations. Next Is a change in the story. The title Eternity will be more of a universe title, like the Marvel universe, as I have some ideas for other side stories and later chapter on Jason's/Amy's life. The story I have been posting so far will now be title Eternal Moonlight, or at least I hope it will be.

Everything is still up in the air as it is all in planning, but hopefully when it all comes together it will be a story you could all love ^_^ This was just a post to inform you of my current directions with Eternity.

Hi all it's been a while. Things have been pretty messed up for me lately. My mum had surgery on her knee planned for a couple of months from now, instead it was brought forwards waaaaaay early (like two months ago) and I have been busy looking after the family since. Heck I even had to put uni on pause till next year as I was the only person besides mum who has a drivers license.

The advantages to this is that whenever I have had spare time I have been sketching Jason in an attempt to improve my drawing style. After looking at the picture I drew today and the pictures I drew while visiting mum at the hospital, I can see a maaaaajor difference. The problem with my self discovery is that I want to draw my comic in this style, however I need a bit more practice to be able to work it correctly. This could mean that the next page might be a little longer. However if you read my messages on the forum, you would already know this ^_^

So on with the show and the page I have been promising since my last post hehehehe *sweet drop*

Oh oh p.s
After having so many sketches and no updates I will be looking at getting another comic site thingy from comic genesis and use it for my fillers. Which will basically be my sketches to prove to all that I am working, and to show you the inner workings of my mind. It will be directly linked to here. Just give me a week as I want to apply for it tomorrow ^_^

April 17th, 2008 -
First I must say that I am sorry for not updating last week like I wanted to. Uni has been a little busy as I got sick and missed out a week, thus I am trying to catch up and it is using all my time. Fortunately that doesn't mean I haven't done anything on the comic. I have in actuality already drawn two pages worth, I just haven't digitalized them yet. The reason I could find time to draw them is simply because I can draw on the train ride to uni. Drawing is fun, despite the bumpy ride ^_^

By the way I am sorry that the images in the gallery haven't appeared. I have set everything up right, it is as if comic genesis refuses to update the page. It's really odd.

April 2nd, 2008 -
Guess what. Yep that's right a new strip ^_^ YAY! Sorry I haven't followed what I said I would in the post just below this one. I sort of couldn't log into comic genesis, although I can now. Not only do I have another strip for you all, but also another picture of moonlight flower in the gallery, except this pic is a million times cooler ^_^

You would be surprised on how I drew this up. I didn't really have time to sit down and draw so I printed out my guides and stuff then I draw everything on my train trips to and from uni. These trips are only like 3 lots of ten minute trips, but it is a pain in the butt having to put my stuff back in my bag each time I am forced to get off of the train to grab the next one. So as you can see I somehow put this together with no time whatsoever. As for the colouring and inking, well I had a couple of spare hours today ^_^

March 12th, 2008 -
Well well well guess what I'm back. Well at least I hope I'm back. Like I said before, I was pretty damned depressed... Again. Anyway after I got over that I had to worry about starting uni. Talk about hectic and confusing. Anyway I have now been at uni for 3 weeks and I am getting used to the schedules and homework. In my spare time like on the train and other times I sit around and draw. This is good for you guys cause hopefully that will mean I will be able to produce at least one page a week. I have already got a page setup and everything done for the next page, I just need to fill in the detail, ink it then colour it. The last two wont take long due to my new equipment that I got for uni so with a little luck a new page should be out in a couple of days. For now you will just have to be happy with the picture I left you guys. Looky in the gallery and you will find a drawing I did up on the train. It is my final idea on Moonlight Flower and I really love it.

Anyway I am really, really for not posting anything. Next time I am depressed just send me a bolt of lightning or two to force me out of bed ^_^

December 30th, 2007 -
Well this last week has sucked. I was really sick during christmas and literally slept through it except for an hour during the annual christmas meal. I was still feeling rather sick for a couple more days however then I shortly after christmas became really depressed. Since then all I have done is sleep and stare into space. I can't concentrate on anything and I cry at random moments of time. Heck I have been meaning to write this down days ago however I couldn't bring myself to even do this. Maybe this is a sign that I am feeling a tiny bit better, I don't know, but for now I know I wont be doing much until I start feeling better.

I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

December 23rd, 2007 -
I am really sorry that there has been no updates or anything this last few days. I might not be able to do much for a couple days depending on if I feel better. For you see I have been planning on doing a christmas page for everyone in celebration of christmas, however I have been feeling sick. I have headaches, a burning chest, feel tired and queasy all the time. I haven't been able to bring myself to do much and it has been making me feel real guilty.

December 18th, 2007 -
Five hours of colouring later and I am finally done with the page. This page has a lot of background art with very little talk. However unlike the last one, the quality of the artwork has improved. The only problem I have with today's page would be that in the middle panel I have not drawn the two characters very well. I tried to get it right, but it didn't seem to work right no matter how I changed them. I guess I still need looooots of practice at many different angles. The colouring might be a little dull in some parts, but remember I am still learning a lot on all this. Anyway all grocery stores I have been too are all very dull and boring places, I just took that dullness a little far lol ^_^ The date on today's page is the fifteenth, so expect it popping up sometime around fifteen or so hours from now.

Thanks for the long wait on this one. Hopefully I wont take so long on the next one *blushes*
