How do I make lemonade with these lemons??

I would love to be able to turn around these series of crappy events in my life. My nasty, cruel, evil bastard grandfather assulted me a week ago. The prejudiced bastard tried to choke me with his forearm. To make things even better I filled a report against him and the police have just phoned me telling me there is not enough evidence against him, despite photos, all because he claimed it was in self defence. Pssh yeah right, if it was self defence I would have crippled the bastard instead of trying to stop him.

Then to make matters worse a couple of days ago my youngest brother was discovered to have cancer, while also the same police officer said that, despite my mum renting the house, that because my grandfather owns it my whole family should move out. Just lovely.
